Easy Decor Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy Easy Decor – Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy 🚫 No Returns or Exchanges At Easy Decor, each furniture piece is thoughtfully crafted and delivered with care. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on furniture once it has been delivered. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery Curbside Delivery Only All orders include curbside delivery only. Unpacking, room placement, or installation is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost upon request. Delivery Timeframe Within Lahore: 3 to 7 working days Outside Lahore: 7 to 14 working days, depending on your location and courier service Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of order. Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information are not the responsibility of Easy Decor. Size & Fit Responsibility Before placing an order, ensure the item can fit through your doors, staircases, and entryways. Returns will not be accepted for items that cannot be delivered due to size constraints. 🔧 Damages Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, it must be reported immediately to our team along with photographs. Claims made after the delivery is completed will not be accepted. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable: Custom-made orders Items that don’t fit in your space Discounted or sale items Gift cards 💵 Refunds (In Case of Damage Only) If a damage or defect claim is reported at the time of delivery, our team will review the issue. If approved, we will guide you through the next steps for resolution. ❌ Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled before advance payment and confirmation. Once confirmed, cancellations will no longer be possible.
